GrumpyMonkey's highest priority is our collector community. We want to make certain that you're pleased with our service and the quality of every poo adoption we facilitate!

GM encourages excellence in customer service and communication. Collectors and community members are encouraged to reach out and let us know your thoughts, questions or comments. We strive to make our community happy 100% of the time.

Customized PooPirates
Upon submitting your order, GrumpyMonkey will personally create your customized PooPirate using a top-secret and proprietary Poop-O-Rama 3D modeling process. The finished product will be beautifully photographed, minted as an NFT on OpenSea, and transferred to your crypto wallet within seven business days. Your one-of-a-kind PooPirate 3D model will then be sent overnight via Priority FedEx with delivery tracking - secured inside a high-quality clear acrylic display case along with a framed Poop-O-Rama Birth Certificate of Authenticity. 

GrumpyMonkey is currently only accepting domestic custom NFT orders for delivery within the United States. The Collector (customer) is responsible for all NFT-related fees (i.e. OpenSea platform fees, gas fees, royalties, etc.) upon transfer of the PooPirate NFT to the Collector's crypto wallet.

Custom NFT project deposits can be arranged by contacting GrumpyMonkey using this website's contact form. Payments can be made using Venmo or ETH transfer. Please contact GM for details.

Mistakes can happen and we'll do our best to fix it.

However, product customization mistakes, custom naming and/or custom inscription errors submitted by the customer (i.e. incorrect custom features or options, misspellings, capitalization, punctuation, text spacing, formatting) are not the responsibility of GM and any requests for refunds or exchanges will not be honored. 

It's important to note that custom names are subject to review and approval. Customized text has character count and subject matter limitations. All inscriptions are written in English (US) lettering.

All sales are final and refunds or exchanges are solely at the discretion of GM.
